🔥Glam Girl’s Buffalo Chicken Rollups:🔥
Ingredients:
1 8 oz package 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup light Ranch dressing (I like Bolthouse Farms Yogurt Dressing-it’s great and less fattening)
1/2 cup Frank’s Buffalo Red Hot Wing Sauce
4 cups cooked chicken (shred and dice a fresh Rotisserie chicken)
1/2- 1 cup shredded Mexican Cheese (I like the Costco one)
4 green onions, thinly sliced (preserve one of these for the garnish)
2 TBSP crumbled blue cheese for garnish or sprinkle some more shredded cheese
4-6 medium size tortillas (Mission Brand, I like the whole wheat)
Garlic powder and salt and pepper
Directions:
•Combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot wing sauce until well-blended and creamy. Add in onions, shredded cheese, and chicken and mix. Sprinkle with a little garlic powder, salt and pepper.
•Spread a little ranch dressing on tortillas and spread mixture evenly on the tortillas, leaving about a half inch on the borders.
•Tightly roll up tortillas and and slice each rollup into 2 inch pieces. Garnish by drizzling ranch dressing, green onions, and blue cheese or shredded cheese on the top. Refrigerate. Serve with extra ranch for dipping. Yum!
These can also be heated up if you prefer having them hot. They’re a bit easier to transport for a party if you keep them cold instead.
Glam Girl’s Killer Cinnamon Raisin French Toast:
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
8 slices cinnamon raisin bread (I like Dave’s Killer or Trader Joe’s)
Butter, Powdered Sugar, Cinnamon, Raspberries
Mix first four ingredients and dip each side of bread into egg mixture.
Melt butter in pan large pan and heat for 3 minutes on medium heat until golden brown.
Plate and dust with powdered sugar, raspberries, and cinnamon. Enjoy!
